Peer Review and Publication Process

Journal of Humanities and AI (JHAI) uses a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness and impartiality; authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout review.

  • • Submitted manuscripts are evaluated for publication by a screening committee of two specialists in fields relevant to the submission.
  • • The editorial board commissions the screening committee.
  • • The journal employs a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other throughout the evaluation.
  • • The screening evaluation will be categorized as “publishable,” “publishable after revision,” “re-examination after revision,” or “unpublishable”.
  • • If disagreement arises among screening committee members regarding an evaluation, the manuscript will undergo an additional review, as determined by the editorial board.
  • • The editorial board will inform authors of the screening outcome.
  • • Authors of accepted manuscripts are required to address any editorial requests issued by the screening committee.
